Cancellation / Refund Conditions
- With unconditional replacement, our company undertakes to replace your product with another product within 7 days after receiving the product, without asking for a reason, provided that the original packaging is intact and the product is not damaged. (refunds the difference of the sold product to your card or deducts the difference from your card.)
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- Damaged original box/packaging (example: Products with a cargo label attached to the original box and taped with cargo duct tape) will not be accepted.
- Returns of products that have lost their resellability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
- You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return along with the product you want to return.
- If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you must send the product with the cargo company we have a contract with that brought the product to you. In other cases of return, the shipping fee belongs to you.
- If the product or products you want to return do not qualify as defective goods, the COMMITMENT AND DEPARTURE shipping fee for this return is charged to the customer. Product order amounts are refunded within 45 days.
